When I first started MFP i was 240 lbs. I got down to 195 and now the weight is back. My FGW is 195 for now. See how I feel once I can maintain that for a year or so. Aiming for 10 lbs down this month but 5 would be just as good. 5 lbs would make me 218.6 and 10 lbs would be 213.6. This is my first month back so 10 wont be that hard to lose but 5 is my min for May.

I have been doing UFC Trainer Kinect and Zumba. The UFC Trainer is pretty Awesome.
I had to update my May Goal weight because I met it today. I didnt even realize I had set it at 184 so woohoo for that! I would love to get out of the 180s althogther but I will be happy reaching 181 by the end of the month!0 -

Okay, I'm in a hurry, but I'm back up 2 lb--which was, I believe, my starting weight this month. However, I'm not the least discouraged, because I have lost at least a 1/2" in both hips and waist. I am also getting some nice muscle definition in my arms when I flex them, and I can go lower on a pushup than ever before. And full-length pushups do not scare me anymore. So I'm content.0

Just for fun: No events right now really. But I am going to try to walk 5 days a week for the first two weeks and then progress onto jogging for part of my daily walks for the last two weeks of May! Right now I hardly have any stamina and become winded easily. It will be challenging to do it but I'm going to try!
