I'm a teacher so in the three months I have off I want to lose 30 pounds.0

Prepare for a marathon, work on Core, but I need to wait on core, because I just cracked a rib.0

I want to drop 20 more pounds this summer. I think that is doable for me, but if I lose more, great.:happy:0

Summer is too far away for me at the moment, but my winter goal is to train for and complete a half marathon at the end of August without an injury to interrupt my training (which is what happened in the summer).
Oh, and to lose 3kg so I'm back down to my lowest weight from 6 months ago.0 -
I would love to be 210 lbs by Sept 1st. That's only 26lbs to lose in the next 3 months. It won't be easy, but since finding this site, my motivation has really been amp'd up.
Then I can move on to my next goal of hitting 199lbs by my birthday (October 30th). I can't even fathom being done with the 200's...geez, I just have to focus...only 36lbs and I'll be that much closer to "normal".0 -
School starts on August 23rd. I'd like to be 140 by then. So that's 20 lb in 12 weeks. For the month of June, I'm doing the 30 day Shred challenge with my sisters and cousins. We will be climbing a local mountain on June 30 on the "hard" side. I want to make it all the way to the top!0

My two year Wedding Anniversary is Sept 18th...I would like to drop another 30 pounds before then. Just to be under 200....then I would like to under 190 for Christmas and under 175 for my birthday at the end of February. I think those are healthy goals???? and hopefully doable!0

I plan to lose 20lbs by the end of the summer. I've challenged myself for the month of June to tweak my eating habits to include more vegetables and to increase my weights @ the gym.0

- Drop a size or two in jeans before Canada Day (July 1st)
Summer:
- Reach the half way point to my GW
- Be able to complete the C25K, run for 5K without stopping0 -
My goal is to need a safety pin to hold up my surf trunks. I already need that with my old ones, I'm talking on ones I bought last year.0

Run 5 miles without stopping and play more frisbee golf. Both things I love doing.0

Lookig to lose 30lbs by August, which should be right on target with 2lbs/week. I am also looking to get a bike at the end of this month so I can go riding with my BF and his daughter, and with her we go swimming once a week, so I look forward to doing that with some water aerobics and gettin' tan I wanted to keep the gym out of it for this first 3 months to ease myself into a healthier life style rather than throw it all in at once (failed in the past with that).0

I hadn't really thought about it until I saw this post, but I'd like to be at or near my second mini-goal weight of 164 at the end of the summer (say August 1), which would put me at the top of the healthy BMI category (about 25 lbs to lose in that time, which is ambitious but possible). My first mini-weight goal was to be under 197 which is the "obese" marker for my height. I'd like also to be closer to a size 10 in jeans (I'm in a size 14 now).0
