No. But it looks interesting, if it is the below :)

    20 Push-Ups
    20 Sit-Ups

    Week 2:
    40 Jumping Jacks
    40 Burpees
    40 Squats
    40 Push-Ups
    40 Sit-Ups

    Week 3:
    60 Jumping Jacks
    60 Burpees
    60 Squats
    60 Push-Ups
    60 Sit-Ups

    Week 4:
    80 Jumping Jacks
    80 Burpees
    80 Squats
    80 Push-Ups
    80 Sit-Ups

    Week 5:
    100 Jumping Jacks

I never knew what a burpee was, although I had heard the name before. Just watched a video on youtube.... I couldn't even do one!

Do you just do one set of each, each day? This seems like something I could do.

Yes, that's what I've been doing. So far so good!

I haven't done this and I know it would be hard to begin with. However, what I seem to like with this overall is that it doesn't look like it would take a whole lot of time to do this. Just by thinking about it. It looks like for week 1 it would take about 5 minutes to do. And then add an additional 5 minutes each week. So not a long quick workout. That's pretty cool.

I took a one-day rest day yesterday, and today did W2D1. Holy smoke those 40 burpees were rough!!

Well....I'd die after 20 burpees (those things are KILLER) but the rest of the challenge seems doable.
