      add to this NSV a 7% bodyfat loss in the last 5 days , 8 km run in 46 min 14 sec and 6.6lb loss !!! yeehaa

      conquered a mountain today with a summit of 445m and incline complete with 500 steps and finished it off by running down !!! Nsv for me !!
