I am following 1200 calories now after having lost 45 pounds on Atkins. I have less than 10 pounds to go, but I have a question. I am usually under on my calories but quite often over on fat grams by 10 -15. Does this cause my weight loss to be slower? Or is just
that my choices are not as healthy as the should be?
