Beginner Female Gym Goer Looking for Advice/Suggestions

Hello I've recently started tracking my diet and looking to begin a weight training routine and would enjoy any advice or suggestions that could point me in the right direction. I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds I recently put on this past winter. I've been walking/jogging for the last few weeks and just joined the gym and would love a 3 or 4 day weight training program to follow.
