Well, not for him - he wants me to have a "curvier" behind...and I do too lol. I am half way to my goal weight loss wise - and currently I am doing the 30 Day Shred along with HIIT workouts for Cardio.
Can anyone tell me the most effective exercises for toning up the tush area?? Either a good program or just the best overall moves for that area

I heard squats too...WHICH I NEED TO DO...lol!0

Squats with heavy (relative) weights. Body weight squats will only take one so far.

Squats, deadlifts, and most of all, heavy barbell hip thrusts
Heavy kettlebell swings will also make your butt higher, harder, and rounder. Trust me on this.0 -
You can always get silicone butt implants.0
