    Last time I caught the early show during lunchtime, I had a couple of soft pretzels. Next time I'll sneak in some trail mix.

    Bring your own gum or just don't eat there. Better yet, eat before you go because that popcorn smell is a killer.

    I go to the movies maybe 2 or 3 times per year....I don't "diet" when I'm at the movies...

    - Large popcorn with free re-fill w/extra butter

    - package gummy worms/bears

    - Nachos

    - Lg. Soda

    Popcorn gets shared with my wife...rest is all mine.

    Nothing, I eat a meal before going so I'm not hungry. Or I pack a 100 calorie popcorn bag in my purse.

    I love popcorn, but the crunch and rustle when I eat it makes me crazy. I can only have it if I'm at an action movie with lots of explosions to cover the noise!

    Budget your calories to allow for a movie treat. Life is too short to not eat popcorn at the movie theater. Don't deprive yourself of life's simple pleasures. :)

    Usually a ziploc of popcorn made at home and bottle of water
    Sometimes I indulge in dark chocolate covered raisinettes or milk duds

    It usually works out where I'm doing a dinner then a movie type thing. If not, I'll usually bring in my own drink (usually a Thai iced tea) and get a small popcorn with no butter or some sour patch watermelons.

    I buy a small bag of buttered popcorn. Movies are a very occasional treat and im not denying myself popcorn.

    Twizzlers or Sour Patch Kids. Sometimes I have popcorn, but now that we have Starbucks in our theater I usually spend those calories on something from there.
