Glad to see this thread! Well I was 5'7 but apparently I have shrunk to just over 5'6.

    HW 205
    CW 185
    GW 146

I felt good at 155 years ago so we shall see about this 146....I am trying to pay attention to inches lost rather than the number on the scale, I know the weight will follow but I get discouraged when I don't see the number I think I should have. :)

I'm 5'6! I started at 155, and I'm about 148ish now. I'd like to get down to 140. I was 128 once and I looked pretty unhealthy. But every body is different!

I have a really large frame so and when I was 15 I got down to 135 and looked sickly. I'm hoping to get to 150 and keep the curves. Things are much different now that I am over 30 ;)
Oh and I'm kinda new here and therefore have zero friends :(

I want to get to 18-20% BF as my ultimate goal. Not sure what my weight will be at that point.

I started at 130lbs 29% body fat and am currently 130lbs 26/9% BF.

I'm not as concerned about my weight number as I am about the body fat. If I'm 130 with 19% BF I'll be very happy (and very ripped!)

I am 5'5' and this is also my body fat goal. My plan is to reach the top of my ideal range, 150, and then at that point ignore my weight and focus solely on body fat.

I'm just under 5'6" and about 107lbs (I'm here to put on muscle weight actually!). I just wanted to say, go you guys:) Going through this thread was so motivational, and I hope to have even a fraction of the drive you ladies possess. You're all awesome! I've helped a number of my friends get in better shape and develop healthier eating habits so feel free to add or message me, I'd love to help out any way I can with your goals.

I am a medium frame with larger shoulders/athletic build. I currently weigh 142 and definitely need to lose a solid 10-12 pounds of fat. . I am small breasted (34 B), so when I did get down to 135, I was happy, but still about 5 (Maybe even ten pounds) from being where I wanted. It depends on how lean you want to get and your build.

I would say set a goal weight that's in the mid 130s, and then readjust from there. I do think for most girls that are 5'6, the 140s is still carrying a pinch-able layer of fat. But "thin" carries different connotations for different women, so many 5'6 women might be happy in the 140s. But anything over 150 is definitely too much for our height. It's not fat, but it's not healthy.

I started at 221 now at 208 the last 3 weeks I hit a stalling point and was so ready to give up, stay with it because on the fourth week I almost dropped 3 pounds and is still declining.........when ready to give up just check back! My focus on this sight was to change the way I ate and weight to fall off was second choice............ I would love to see myself about 165 small goals and steps one at time so I don't cave! lol add me if you want support :)

5'6" here too. I have a wide frame built on tiny bones. I started 2 years ago at 250 or so. My first goal weight was 180. And now that I'm about to reach that, I'm thinking 150 might be more likely to be the end point I'm looking for. (I do want a good amount of muscle on my frame, though. Cuz those tiny bones will prolly make it look awkward without them xD Not afraid to get bulkeh!)

Having intermediate goals can be a good thing, tho!

My highest weight was around 230 lbs last December. I lost a few before getting serious about my weight loss again at the first of the year.

    SW: 221
    CW: 204
GW: 150-ish (I will just play it by ear and see how I look and feel as I lose)

My weight loss doctor wants me to weigh 142 lbs but I don't know, like I said I will play it by ear. I am a medium/large build. I have bigger shoulders and I am "barrel-chested" with thunder thighs (I've always had big thighs even in high school when I weighed 120 lbs)

Best of luck to you on your journey! :flowerforyou:
