Try doing a Barre class, or even a video on you tube. There is a move called the pretzel you can also try doing that dancers do, and it burns the bun area. Good Luck.0

Squat.
And dead lifts.
Yes, there are various types of each (foot positioning variations for squats, knee bend variations for deats) and they're all awesome for building a better booty. You want a full leg curve, weighted lunges are great for the legs and don't forget calf raises . . . unending yumminess.0 -
Nag him about something he doesnt have and make him get it.
*slow claps*
This.
Also, make him think that he's getting it for himself as well. That way it doesn't seem as douchebaggy.0 -
personally...I wouldn't want quite THAT much. I would make pants fit awkwardly, wouldn't it?
I'd kill for that butt, and not really. She's sort of arched over with it perked out. Making it look larger than it really is.0 -
Squats & Deads... ... now go...0

barbell hip thrusts and dead lifts have the most activation for the glutes. high step ups are really good too.
you need a combination of exercises, and try to go as heavy as possible while still doing the exercises safely with great form.
to work up to hip thrusts, do bridges, elevated, 1 leg, and this is also great for the hamstrings.
*kitten* to the grass are fantastic for the whole body too, but it will take some time and flexibility to get there.0 -

Worth checking out: Strong Curves: A Woman's Guide to Building a Better Butt and Body, by Bret Contreras and Kellie Davis.
I have this book and just started one of the training plans.0 -
Anything that involves the glute muscles when you exercise especially squats, stairs and lunges will give you a curvy butt.0

I'd propose getting a bigger BF. And one who makes you feel GOOD0

Squats are excellent but don't limit yourself! There are lots of other things you can do to lift your butt. Any of the butt workouts on DailyHiit.com will have you not being able to sit down the next day!0

yes, even if you don't decide to do his program, there is a useful chart that shows which exercises had the most activation for which part of the glute- there are 3 parts. the sample is available online, perhaps someone can post a link.0

doms does not mean you had a great workout, or you didn't. it means your muscles aren't used to that exercise.
or that you didn't warm up or stretch enough. being able to sit or not the next day isn't a good indicator of how well it's working or isn't, though i empathize and wish it was. However, i would train myself into the ground if that was true, so it's good that it's not.
you need your work to be progressive.0 -
You can do the 30 day Squat Challenge
Day 1 - 50 Squats
Day 2 - 55 Squats
Day 3 - 60 Squats
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 70 Squats
Day 6 - 75 Squats
Day 7 - 80 Squats
Day 8 - Rest
Day 9 - 90 Squats
...........
And so on and so on for 30 days...Rest every 4 days0 -
