I rest when I feel like I need to. I have been doing this for months, so my body is used to the exercise. A rest day for me is usually only doing 4 or 5 miles instead of 8-10. Today may be a rest day. I did 5 miles this morning, but was feeling sluggish and sore, so I may not do an evening workout.0
