                    I finally finished 30DS! (Be kind, pics were taken before 6am both times, so forgive the 'I-just-woke-up' -look, lol)

Starting weight: 155
Current weight: 144
Total loss in inches: 6.4 (abdomen, hips, & waist)

I have about 20lb more to go, but am happy with my progress so far! No more back creases!! Onto P90x next

            Wow, well done. I'm just coming to the end now, seven more days to go. I'm feeling a bit demotivated at the mo because I don't feel like I have seen any change for a week or so but this has given me a boost.

I'm 5'3 and have a starting weight of 157 and I started 30DS (I'm on day 8 of it today) and I'm soooo tired of Jillian and her "fav girls" and her commentary BUT after seeing these kinds of results, I'll stick with it.

            Thanks guys, yes I feel much stronger!! I can do 10 real military style pushups in a row now - I've never been able to do that before, I always had to do them on my knees so I'm very proud of that lol0
