23/5/13: Had an unexpected work trip so failed tuesday and wednesday..
But today did 70 Squats and 40 crunches to slightly make up for my missed days!
Will have drunk 8 glasses water by this eve.
Extra exercise: Walking, 30 minutes, (inc. 30 minutes each on tues and weds)
NSV: Compliments from the other half, followed by a 'I'm so proud of the changes you are making and going to make'

Water Intake 8 glasses
NSV - Went to Don Pablos for lunch sat in the bar area because I only wanted an appetizer....Bartender ignored me for 20 minutes, finally got up and went to the bar and said can you just order me the Flautas? and I still left the lazy girl a tip and dind't rip her head off.
Squats completed - Yes
Crunches completed - Yes
Physical Activity - Jillian 30 Day Shred, Walk / Jogged on the treadmill - probing trucks so up and down the probe stand stairs again.0 -

(Today I will not be resting - I have 35 squats to finish from yesterday and my crunches!!! - and I promised myself I would walk every night so I will still do my walk/jog )

Does anyone have any unique ways they make sure they drink water? One way I do it is I have an app called Water Your Body and it makes a water sound if I dont log I drank a glass for a while...helpful reminder to drink0 -

how is the 30 day shred - I have it, just never did it...heard it was repetitive and get's boring...0 -

Water: No, will try to get extra tomorrow
Extra exercise: finally set up our home gym in our garage, we have had all the equipment for a while but it was stacked up in a corner and not usable. Kids went off to Kinder for the morning so I set myself the task of cleaning a space in the garage so I can work out at home whenever I want to, no excuses. It took Hubby and myself 3 hours to get it sorted but we now have weights, boxing bag, home gym and exercise bike all set up. Just need to use it now0 -

Nsv. Tried on new golf skirts and since they only had the one I liked in size 14 thought what the hell and tried it on. It fit....was so excited haven't been in a size 14 in a very long time.

NSV didn't kill my daughter's dog which she has made deathly afraid of storms and the beast woke me up at 11:30 and off and on through the lovely hour of 2:30 am.
Extra exercise - More tossing the ball to Lucy the neurotic dog, Jillian No more Trouble Zones, 30 min on the recumbant bike, 10 min on the treadmill and 20 minutes of general floor exercises.0 -
