Simply amazing! I would like to know what you do for exercise if anything because just walking is not getting it for me. Can't afford memberships and things of that sort. I am very depressed about my weight and often time think of myself as unlovable and I hide from relationships so I am lonely. When I seen your story I was like DAMN girl... apologies for the language but gotta keep it 100% REAL at this point. ESPECIALLY with myself! Please help!!!
