I'm 5'3ish (5'4 on a good day lol) I weighed myself on May 1st and I was 207 lbs, I'll be weighing myself again on May 31st. I can't say for sure I've lost weight but I feel like I have, we'll see next Friday. Any of you girls can add me, I log every day and I'm on here probably way too much every day lol. I don't have a specific weight goal in mind, just trying to get my health under control.

I'm almost 5'3. I started MFP at 174, my highest weight was almost 190. I'm down to 164 as of today and I went from a size 17 to size 12. I eat 1800-2000 calories because if I go lower then I am grouchy and starving. I am currently doing JIllian Michaels ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack, I do the vids back to back for 2 days and then I take a day off and repeat. I also do 20-40 minutes of yoga because my mucsle's tend to tighten up and give this odd sensation like restless leg syndrome.

That's me ~70lbs down (from October 2011 - October 2012 using MFP) - have kept it off since October, decided to kick it up another notch and try to drop another 15-20 lbs this year to reach ultimate goal (slow going at this point, but I'm not giving up! At least I know I can maintain!)

Hi, I'm about 5'3.5. Starting weight March 25, 2013 was 142 and as of May 20, 2013 I weigh 119. That's 23 lbs in almost 2 months. I try to get at least an hour of strength training or cardio in 6 days a week and eat a healthy diet of lean meat, veggies, fruit, and nuts.

That's awesome!! I'm 5'4 and I've only lost 4 lbs in the last 2 months. I workout 5-6 times a week and have been staying under my calorie goal but for some reason i'm not dropping the weight. I am actually thinking of changing my diet to eating only protein, veggies, and fruits. So it's basically no carbs, correct? I'm assuming no booze as well?? :) Wanted to see what your workout regime is as well as any pointers you can give..as it is obviously working for you based on your comment. THank you for the inspiration. :drinker:

5'3.5" (that 0.5 is VERY important!!! haha) and currently 111.6 down from 122.2 (high of 128ish) and looking to get to 110 and see how I feel there :) I've been as low as 95 and I'm not looking to go there again... but I think 105 is a possibility. I've a very small build.

  • Anyone here who is 5"3 and lost weight or is currently losing. Need some motivation.

I'm 5'3, and the key is cardio(: I go long distance biking and I can feel the burn in my legs and butt, as well as my lower abs which is hard to work out for us ladies. Running also is great too and makes you shed the pounds. What made me lose 15 pounds quick was swimming. I would say it's probably the most tiring and most efficient workout in my opinion. It is extremely hard for me to lose weight because I've always been so muscular and weighed a lot more than I looked. But swimming definitely made me lose weight without even trying!
  • Hey Ladies, Im 5'3 and have been working out for about 6 weeks with my trainer. the scale has only slightly budged, but I feel my body has changed alot. I was wondering, based on my pics what do you think I weigh?
    BTW Waist: 26in Bust: 39.5 Hips:41

I'm 5'3. :) Currently in the process of trying to lose weight.
Was at 125, down to 121.8 at the end of the day.
I want to get down to 110 and then tone up, or just replace the fat with muscle and abs.

I'm 5"2! No one realized how short I am until I switched my high heels for running shoes! Or when I get off a bar stool and I shrink a few inches!
