Low fat product trap.
Seriously, you know better, don't do it. It's unwise.

This one time I cooked an egg in coconut oil. I ate it, drank the oil, ate the pan and my chest hair grew an extra 2". It was interesting.0 -
Yeah, people have been brainwashed with low-fat since the 90s. And they fall for all of the processed junk food that's marketed as healthy diet food instead of eating one ingredient foods (vegetables, beans, rice, nuts, meat, fruit) that the body recognizes and can handle better.0

Do we REALLY have to go back?0 -
most of the time low fat items are terribly processed and full of chemicals. I like to focus on the original stuff and just work on portion control.0

I know right. 1200 calories is crazy! Those people will go into starvation mode and die a horrible flabby death.0 -

soo bad, cholesterol durrr not to mention the fat! whites only ever!0 -
low fat stuff is usually pretty tasteless. If I'm gonna do portion control...those portions are gonna taste rockin' good! besides, a little fat or oll makes you feel satisfied with what you ate longer!0
