I am 47 and im currently at 1600 per day after I get back from hawaii in 8 weeks I think I may spike my workouts and calories back up to 1800 or so ... I started at 2300 Ive lost about 30 since the 7th of January. Pretty much a 1.6 average per week with pcos ... Im happy with it. Sometimes it feels to slow but if I go way down to like 1200 I think I will slow my metabolism down to nothing.0
