    Current setting 2,368 calories. (TDEE -10%, -0.5 pounds/week theoretically)
    Goals: Pretty much done with weight loss as a goal. Trying out the TDEE calculation method and sliding calories up to find true maintenance.

    5'4" current weight 129- eating between 15-1600 calories a day(
    although I have bad days with more) age 30 - I had gotten down to 123 from
    152 6 mths ago doing low carb and eating 11-1200 a day and I felt amazing,
    The problem was it was too hard to keep doing - so I gained 6 back and now it
    Won't come off!

    weekly goal is basicly anything so long as its more than 2 pounds.

    right now my goal is 2500 calories.

    Calorie goal? MFP is set to 1560, but total intake is always around 500 less than what I burn for the day....except for the past couple of days where I have been sick and eating at maintenance.

    I am 47 and im currently at 1600 per day after I get back from hawaii in 8 weeks I think I may spike my workouts and calories back up to 1800 or so ... I started at 2300 Ive lost about 30 since the 7th of January. Pretty much a 1.6 average per week with pcos ... Im happy with it. Sometimes it feels to slow but if I go way down to like 1200 I think I will slow my metabolism down to nothing.

    I eat more than that plus I excercise a lot. So it always says I eat under. What the heck?
