    How what is your weekly weightloss goal? Have hit goal weight and stuck around that number within a few pounds for the past couple of months. Concentrating on lowering body fat percentage now rather than what the scale says.

    Weekly weight loss: Don't care anymore. i have MFP set to one pound a week, but I'm looking to lose inches and reduce body fat
    I'm eating net maximum 1600 calories per day, though on average, I'm eating net 1200-1500/day; more on days with lots of activity.

    MFP set my goal at 1500, I try to eat somewhere around 1300 to 1500, not counting calories that I burned while working out.

    Calories: 1,200-1,350, depending if I do exercise. But I never go over 1,350.

    I'm just at the beginning of my weight loss journey so I can't tell you big results but it's definitely working for me and I feel great. ^_^

    When I was losing I was grossing around 2,100 - 2,200 per day. My MFP goal was 1,850 net and on average I burned and ate back about 300-350 exercise calories per day. I switched to the TDEE method and did TDEE - 20% after a few months...that turns out to be about 2,200 gross calories per day...pretty much 6 of 1 in that RE. I'm currently maintaining on 2,700 - 3,000 calories per day.

    Oh yeah...

    5'4" current weight 129- eating between 15-1600 calories a day(
    although I have bad days with more) age 30 - I had gotten down to 123 from
    152 6 mths ago doing low carb and eating 11-1200 a day and I felt amazing,
    The problem was it was too hard to keep doing - so I gained 6 back and now it
    Won't come off!
