Hi all,
Any good ideas for a low-cal toast spread? I had peanut butter this morning and it had more calories than my piece of toast!?!
Cheers,
Cath

reduced sugar strawberry or blueberry jam, 20 cal per tablespoon. PB2, 45 cal per two tablespoons....0

Laughing Cow cheese. 35 calories a wedge. I eat mine on skinny bagels, There are a few different flavors.0

Hummus it's 60 calories for two tablespoons. So, if you only need one per slice you are good even two per slice isn't bad, if the hummus isn't going to drip off that is.0

They have a powdered peanut butter alternative its called PB2, they also sell a chocolate version as well. 2TBSP is 45 calories. You can find it at whole foods or you can order it on ebay and amazon. Its the closest thing I have found to peanut butter.0

This. I have soft cheese on a bagel pretty much every morning for breakfast and it's rarely over 300 calls, most of which is the bagel!0 -

PB2, laughing cow light cheese wedges, sugar free jam/jelly0

Pretty much everyone's already tackled every answer, but I have sugar free strawberry preserves that clock only 10 calories a serving. That, along with my Sara Lee 45 Cal and Delicious, can make a simple 55 cal snack.0

My favorite...apple butter! Yum!
It averages around 30-40 calories for a 1 tablespoon serving.
