Calorie goal? MFP is set to 1560, but total intake is always around 500 less than what I burn for the day....except for the past couple of days where I have been sick and eating at maintenance.0 -
I am 47 and im currently at 1600 per day after I get back from hawaii in 8 weeks I think I may spike my workouts and calories back up to 1800 or so ... I started at 2300 Ive lost about 30 since the 7th of January. Pretty much a 1.6 average per week with pcos ... Im happy with it. Sometimes it feels to slow but if I go way down to like 1200 I think I will slow my metabolism down to nothing.0

MFP has me set to 1200 calories which I thought was too low but I eat all my back calories (and I add in every little thing I do all do because 1200 is the number of calories you need to lie in bed all day) I end up eating between 1,300 and 1,700. I'd tweak it but I lost 2lbs this week after being stuck for several months and I eat whenever I'm hungry.0 -
