Took a couple of pics today (this evening actually), I coach football & powerlifting and I also teach music. We are at the State Solo & Ensemble competition for the state of Texas, in Austin, TX, and four of our football players who are in choir asked to lift with me at 11:00 PM, tonight. Here they are (15-16 y/o):

Here is me tonight (my phone has earbuds plugged into it, running under my shirt, which is why my shirt seems messed up)

I was 390 last week, and haven't weighed in because I've been on the road for six of the past 10 days, and I'm without my scales.

Looking good, big man. You carry that weight pretty well, it seems. It's only gonna keep getting easier for you.

OMG! I am in awe! Did you say 30-90 minutes of rope work? I want to cut off my arms after 30 seconds. Great job on the loss too, but I am just speechless about the workout.
