    You got it exactly !!! but SOOOO worth it ! and thankyou i feel pretty amazing for having achieved some huge nsv's on top of my weight loss :)

    add to this NSV a 7% bodyfat loss in the last 5 days , 8 km run in 46 min 14 sec and 6.6lb loss !!! yeehaa

    conquered a mountain today with a summit of 445m and incline complete with 500 steps and finished it off by running down !!! Nsv for me !!

    Yes he sure was, he got very freaked out when he saw me crying after one challenge that really scared me and at the end said sorry Mum for making you do this !!!! i said no ...thankYOU for making me do this!!!!
    oh my - you are an amazing mom! think of how proud your son will be when he thinjks back on this. think of how he will learn to conquer his *own* fears - "hey', if my mom can do the crazy tree challenge, then i can do anything".
