    How what is your weekly weightloss goal? I've got it set on half pound per week, but have maintained my weight at this for a very long time now.
    What is your calorie goal per day? 1550 PLUS ALL EXERCISE CALORIES. I eat to perform. I let the body recomposition happen as a part of the process, instead of it being the reason for my madness. I love being strong and fit. The rest is gravy.

    aiming for around 1800-2000 cals a day will review as I lose more weight.

    Ironically my 18 yr old twin sons are on 3000-4000 cals a day to bulk up because they were underweight and are trying to maintain muscle mass.

    I try to hit at LEAST 1500, since that's what I was doing before getting pregnant, but my diary is set to 1900.

    58 years old - 5' 2" 179 lbs. Trying to lose .5 a week (some weeks better than others) MFP set me at 1530 calories per day. In 2008 I was 230# plus and using SB Diet (really just had a life style change) got down to 165# now back at it because I got a bit out of control now getting back in control. Need to get more exercise in though.

    MFP is set to 2250, but I have been averaging about 1700 per day taken across the week.
    Just stopped all soda and 90percent of the crappy food

    Feel like I am eating all day now to keep up

    Goals are first to get my BMI under 30
    Next, get back into sick playing shape for beer league and run some 20 year olds over.

    I am 5'8"
    My calories to lose from 165lbs to 140lbs were 1600-2400 and I worked out a lot.
    My calories now are TDEE (of my goal weight) -20% because I am only doing Insanity which is harder then my previous work out, but expends less calories because it's only forty minutes a day as oposed to the 80 minutes I was up to.
    I didn't log all of my calories for a while this month and gained a few pounds back (I was probably averaging 2400 calories daily) :D
    edit: -20% = about 1lb a week

    I got to my original goal with in 6 months of joining and maintained for 8 months (through the winter) with about 1700 net calories, now I am looking to lose 5-10 more in the next few months.

    Jeez, some of you guys eat so much! I'm jealous.

    I'm 20, 5'10, maybe .5-1/week? I'm not too concerned with the number on the scale as much as muscle definition anymore. I try to keep it below 1500 net calories, but I don't count lifting or walking into my exercise.

    Actual goal: 1.75-2.25 lb per week and 1,165-1,415 net calories.
