Really simple things to do with cooked frozen shrimp?

When you quit your job, cut the shrimp into little pieces and hide them carefully all over your soon-to-be-former workplace.0

This isn't the lowest cal or fat option, but I make shrimp fettuccine Alfredo.
I thaw them and then toss them into the pasta right before serving.
You could use a lighter sauce like garlic butter and use whole wheat pasta.
I'm a carboholic so I also make Parker House rolls and serve with a Riesling wine along with veggies for a nice dinner.
A couple of laughing cow cheese wedges at 35 cal. each plus a little milk makes an awsome, lo-cal "instant Alfredo."0 -
I stir fry them with oriental mix of vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli, beans, onions, etc) and put them on rice.
Simple, fast and sooo yummy.0 -
I like to sautee red bell pepper, a clove of garlic, some red onion and a zuccini in a little bit of reduced fat low sodium chicken broth then mix in the shrimp and heat after the veggies are cooked through, then I put half a avocado, some salsa and reduced fat sour cream or fat free greek yogurt on top, mix it all up and enjoy0

I usually top a caesar salad with them...and then add a bit of bbq sauce.0

I make a quick shrimp scampi. I thaw them under cold water, then toss them in a pan of melted butter, lemon juice and garlic and parsley to warm them up, serve over brown rice. You don't want to really cook them long because they will get tough, they are already cooked. Just cook long enough that they warm through.0

A low carb tortilla, reduced fat cheese, shrimp and pico de gallo. Delish!0

Tony Chachere creole seasoning is my favorite. I take about 8 of the frozen shrimp and microwave them in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and seaoning for about a minute. It's just about perfect in my microwave. I pair it with whatever i have in the fridge. It's a great way to use up leftover chinese rice or ( if you prefer a low carb option) zucchini ribbon "noodles"0

Spicy shrimp ceasar salad.
Toss them in a bowl with 2 tsp of olive oil and a tbsp of chili powder. Put on a rimmed pan and put under the broiler for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with romaine lettuce, some fresh parm cheese and homemade ceasar dressing:
2 anchovies minced
1/3 light mayo
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp of graded parm cheese
1 tbsp of water (or more depending on consistancy preference)
(Recipe is enough to lightly coat 4 servings of lettuce.)
ETA: For croutons...use a corn tortilla. Spray both sides with cooking spray and then sprinkle with chilie powder, salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes, flipping once half way through.0 -
some garlic and olive oil and you can't go wrong.0
