Wow, some people are so ungrateful and lazy! Is it not enough that you get a recipe that's been tried and tested, and even provide photos?

So people who post recipes, why can't you enter them into the 'recipe' app here on MFP and post the breakdown for calories, protein, carbs, etc.? Certainly would be thoughtful, helpful and considerate.

    smh...

Bump - these would be pretty easy for me to whip up. Yay for finding recipes when I actually have all required ingredients.

It's cheap and easy to make. Agree to add to MFP recipes then divide into the size you want smaller bars...less calories, less stuff. This is important to keep because if you can't get to the store or better yet if you want it to be more natural without all the artificial stuff and preservative to use this one.

Thanks. I have one that uses honey and almond milk too. I'll try this one.

This is gluten free is you use gluten free oats and gluten free protein powder.

The nutrient values will vary depending on your peanut butter/almond butter or protein mixtures (some have more carbs, fats, and calories).

This is a great and easy recipe. Thanks!

1 cup of oats is not 150 calories, more like 360

I cup of Quaker brand old fashioned oats (you really don't need to use quick) per the Quaker website nutrition data is 300 calories.

Because it takes forever. I've tried to do a few and always get frustrated and cancel out before I'm done. If you have the time and know how it's nice, but I don't expect people to do it. I am thankful for the ones who do though!
