    I use half almond milk (unsweetened 30 cals) and other half water. I get calcium and other vitamins that are added into the almond milk, and stay away from cows milk because it has 12g of sugar (lactose) per 8oz, which can cause an insulin spike. for me cows milk makes me break out more, and have more oil, mainly due to the cow hormones in it like bovine somatatropin, etc..

    Greek Yogurt+MIlk+Powder.

    I have no reason to not enjoy dairy, so I have no reason to partake in Almond milk. Also I think it tastes gross, personally.
