    Great job! What program are you following?

    Thanks! I'm doing the 100 push-ups challenge found on www.onehundredpushups.com, followed by the dip program that you can find through that website as well. I have had to repeat weeks, but I am on week 4 right now for those. I'm also working toward pull-ups, so I'm doing pull-up negatives at the moment. 5 sets of 8 until I am able able to lower myself for at least 2 seconds. I do this 3 times a week, and also following the C25k program. I just finished week 6 day 1 of that. :)
