Stuck at at current weight

I am having trouble maintaining a steady food plan. Right now i try to eat 2 eggs for breakfast, a heavier protein and carbs for lunch and lean protein for diner. Any suggestions on possible meal plans? My workout is solid mix it up but the food is killing me, hard to fight off temptations.

    eat more. sounds like you're not eating enough to me. Have some buttered toast with those eggs and some other foods with that protein.
