This would also be an awesome one to own, I completely forgot about the blame betty suits, they are all gorgeous and old fashioned/sailor/rockabilly style suits.

I was thinking VS actually. Bit price wise Newport News is cheaper... I definitely want something that holds them up better. The problem with string bikini tops is stuff ends up popping if you know what I mean.< this one.
Til I can afford a more supportive full bottom two piece. Bikinis are lovely but I prefer the non tying bottoms for public beaches, I Also want a more bra like top to keep things from "popping" out lol. Likely something from Newport news
Yeah. With those beauties you should get the bra top that squishes them together since you can get awesome cleavage with your girls. They have cute ones at VS that should fit you and give you that effect. Good luck :flowerforyou:0 -
My butt eats the warring bikinis if its too lose and when its tight I def have the dreaded muffin top you speak of lol. I often wonder if I am going to small or something. They seem to fit but just never right. I had a pair of non string bottoms but they have vanished one my last move< this one.

I honestly have such a hard time with finding a bikini that's NOT a string or tie side bottom. I hate those, they never tie just right - either you tie it too tight and you have this awful muffin top, or it's not tight enough and your *kitten* pops out when you get out of the pool or get hit by a wave at the beach! Such a pain.
I found this one at Venus for a reasonable price. Very good quality stuff and they have the supportive tops, as you can see. Check it out!

Just a fair warning to the ladies - the above picture, along with almost every one on the VS website, is ridiculously photoshopped. It actually makes me giggle to go through VS's website specifically because the Photoshop is so heinously bad on most of the pictures. Some of them don't even look mobile by the time the editors are done. Think to yourself, "Can you imagine this creature walking?"
On the above pic, you can see where they added the extra space to give her a wider 'thigh gap', and one arm is larger than the other. I believe they took in her waist on the right side as well, and I'm sure there were other edits done. I hope no one looks at these pictures and thinks that's what the person actually looks like. They are beautiful, yes - they are models - but photoshop works wonders on these ladies, especially the swimsuit models.
Just a thought as I'm passing through. ♥0 -

Yeah, also they have the models wear straps, then photoshop out the straps, so the suit will obviously have a different fit when there is a strap or if it's strapless (I would think).
I tried their suits and like most suits, the band is too big for me, and the strap too big (I would need to tie it at the top to make it a couple inches shorter). I can't buy their bras either because they don't have a wide enough range of sizes (smaller bands). They did have a string top, that seemed to fit me (because you tie it), but It seemed like I might have a disaster playing in the water with my kids (I wasn't sure the top would stay put).
