    My name is Lisa, I'm 44 years old with 2 daughters 10 and 11. I've been doing MFP since February and it's been very slow. Could you give me any advice or helpful tips as to what helped you? Is your diary open so I can take a look? Did you do the TDEE/BMR everyone is talking about? Any help would be great. Thanks again, and you really look great! Way to go!

    I am 51 years old, and for the first time in my life I am on a journey, not a diet. For the last time, I started a new journey 11 months ago today. I am now down from 238 to 158, with 8 more lbs. to go. I look at this pic and I am speechless. I will NEVER EVER see this old Cindy again!
