      omg you are really looking gorgeous ,stunning and incredible hot . your body is looking like you have never been overweight and i would like to ask you about how did you manage excessive skin around arms.thighs and flabby belly .my starting weight was 222lbs at march height 5`7 , my goal is to lose 112lbs and be 110lbs and i already lost 27lbs long way to go 84lbs remaining and iam already feeling like waving arms so can you give me any advice about how to prevent lose skin and have tone muscles like you thanks
