    I accept the challenge. I just saw this and will start tomorrow. I am in the last 4 weeks of a fitness challenge that I started and I hoping to add fitness pals as friends so we can support each other in accomplishing our goals. So feel free to add me on.

    Oops I am on day 2 and did 30 today instead of 25! I guess I will just do 30 again tomorrow and then move on.

    ... I may just join you guys in this challenge. I'm a few days into the 30 Day Shred and doing my own cardio every other day, so why not throw in another challenge...

    Tomorrow is day 29 for me! Don't know if it did much of anything though overall. But I'm also doing the squat challenge and have noticed a change in my legs and bum, so that's something. Next month I'm doing a modified version of the push-up challenge. Wall push-ups instead of regular ones.
