I got a big bunch of arugula from the farmer's market last week and made a couple smoothies with that: Arugula +Milk + Fruit (pineapple, strawberries raspberries) + a little bit of agave nectar if the fruit isn't ripe enough.
I've also done mango+avocado+milk, honeydew+milk+mint+lime juice (makes a good cocktail if you add a shot or more of midori), pear+ginger+milk. All of these are pretty tasty and filling.
Also check out these recipes. It ran in cooking light last year and has some pretty interesting combinations

I do a scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 chopped banana, 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (this week's is mango,) 1/4 cup spinach, 1/2 cup skim milk,1/2 of whatever low-sugar juice I have on hand, and 1 teaspoon of granulated stevia.
This is my post-workout smoothie. The carbs and protein help my muscles heal and reenergize me.0 -
One of my favorites is a half of a cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, one sliced banana, a teaspoon of honey, a cup of milk, and a few ice cubes blended together.

My basics are usually almond milk either sweetened or unsweetened whatever is available at our stores, and banana and then either berries of some sort or pineapple! will start to cut out the banana though to reduce cals and try to stick to unsweetened almond milk!0

I use:
250ml pure fruit juice not from concentrate, no added sugar
50g mango
25g blueberries
25g mixed frozen summer fruits
50g strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
Most of the fruit I use is frozen so it keeps much longer and I add chia seeds for protein and substance0 -

That's a good idea. Thank you for the tip!0 -

So I make my smoothies as "ice cream" here in the summer. I just made some today! I keep dozens of bags of chopped up frozen bananas (which make it creamy). So add protein powder, berries, peanut butter powder (if you want) some water or milk (I use almond coconut milk) and whatever else you might want in there. Blend it up good, pour it into containers and freeze it. It's yummy!0
