It is really not hard to calculate.
I'm going to have to try this.

I agree. If the recipe looks good to you, plug it into the handy-dandy recipe calculator yourself that this site has. It's awesome!

So people who post recipes, why can't you enter them into the 'recipe' app here on MFP and post the breakdown for calories, protein, carbs, etc.? Certainly would be thoughtful, helpful and considerate.

It's thoughtful, helpful, and considerate enough for them to even share the recipe at all.

huh??? you cant get these 3 ingredients out of your pantry, measure out the quantity and add it up?

So lazy! Every recipe thread, there's one person who always posts "calories??". Gee, look them up yourself and thank the poster for the recipe. :grumble:

For the ones that want to know the Nutritional Data, Calories, etc. Type in the Protein Powder you use, plus 1 cup of Oats, PB and then you'll find out what it adds up to....it's just that simple. I'm definitely going to try them as I'm tired of buying Protein Bars with added stuff I can't pronounce and a high sodium count>>>>don't like sodium!! One definite change I'll make for these Protein Bars is I'll use PB2 instead of regular/reduced fat PB! PB2 will definitely bring down the calorie count!! Thanks for posting the recipe ndm9one

Going to try these and see if the kids will eat them. Better than most of the junk out there.

Please people, stop complaining about having to calculate the calories from a recipe that has 3 ingredients....:noway: Plus, it's even better if YOU calculate YOUR recipe because you might use different brand ingredients and nutritional value might differ.

Anyway, thanks OP, Im so making those! I'm actually going to make some right now with crunchy peanut butter!:drinker:
