    Doing spinning by yourself is so easy but if you do group spinning with a bossy pushing instructer if feels like Armageddon but leaves you feeling great and 900cals burnt per hour!

    This is of course if you don't have a cardiac arrest!

    Exercise is great for anger management, since I started lifting weights and punching a bag I am a happier being
    I also find swearing loudly helps too

    We knew exercise helped heart health. But, who knew about cancer? Before this, anyway.

    OH! I guess that means I can shock people with my age even more then I do already! :tongue: Most people guess me to be 27 or 28. I will be 34 next month. All those people who told me when I was in my teens, in college and my early 20's that I would appreciate my youthful looks when I got older, THEY WERE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
