    Gonna modify it a bit.
    Day 1: 25 crunches
    Day 2: 30 crunches
    Day 3: 30 crunches
    Day 4: 35 crunches

    I am not taking rest days. I've had more than one fitness instructor tell me you can work abs every day.
    Day 5: 40 crunches
    Day 6: 50 crunches

    Day 2, 25 crunches done. I have to admit I am feeling it. LOL, if I am feeling it after after 2 days, I am scared to see what I will be feeling at 50 crunches or 150 crunches? :huh: :smile: :wink:

    ... I may just join you guys in this challenge. I'm a few days into the 30 Day Shred and doing my own cardio every other day, so why not throw in another challenge...

    Day 10: 80 crunches. Note: from now on, on the advice of my trainer, I am doing bicycle crunches for this challenge, rather than regular crunches.

    I'm curious to know why your trainer recommends bicycle crunches instead? is there an added benefit? I just started this challenge 6/1.

    How long do you hold the position of a standard crunch? I have been doing about a second! am I supposed to hoild it longer?
