Hey guys, basically I just want to know how can you make a really good protein shake?
Im using Six Star nutrition whey protein milkshake edition, tips? I really don't like the taste but I need it :sick:

Just in case you weren't aware of this feature, when you go to the message boards section, there is a button called search and you can type in a keyword/phrase (ex: protein shakes) and you can see the threads that have already been created on the topic. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I love adding things like frozen berries or banana if I can allow te carbs, peanut butter, almond butter, cinnamon, cocoa powder or chocolate natvia, chocolate natvia + coffee/espresso etc.
My favs are
Mocha
Banana PB
Chocolate almond butter
Choc-Berry
Sometimes I get really creative and use cooled tea as a base, like Chai tea is nice or other teas you like, such as English brekfast, peppermint (good with cocoa), berry, green etc
It's also good to add spinach for the vitamins, can't taste it trust me!
I once did a carrot cake one with grated carrots, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, chai tea, stevia and walnuts. Delish.0 -
