    Starting weight 155lbs. Ending weight 140lbs. starting body fat 24.6% (or somewhere in there) ending BF 21.3% (goal weight 130-135lbs goal body fat < 18%)

    My daughter will be four months old May 14th :)

    That's fabulous! My son will be 4 months old on Monday! I've lost 15 lbs since I started trying to get my weight down, just like you--went from 157 to 142!

    I'm not one for photos, so mine are pics from Supernatural conventions ^_^

    Left pics: May 2012, around 215lbs
    Right pics: May 2013, around 195lbs

    I never realised how much of a difference 20lbs was until I looked at my old photo ops. Last year I had been too embarrassed to get them signed :embarassed: :frown: But not any more!

    That's not his hand, I was sharing the photo op with a friend and we were rushing so she went to cuddle and he squished us in... thus she punched me in the boob.

    I didn't even notice til I got the print back. :laugh:
