I just made these but with vanilla whey protein powder as that's the only one I have

It came out to 840 cal for the whole thing,
Quaker whole grain oats 300 calorie for a cup. 10g protein
Muscletech vanilla whey protein powder 160 calorie for a scoop. 30g protein
Great value chunky peanut butter, 4 tbsp. 380 calories. 14g protein

Made these into 3 separate bars, cupcake shaped haha, only have a baking pan

So 280 calorie per bar with 18g protein, eh not bad

Anything that the peanut butter can be easily replaced with?
Not a big fan of nuts generally.

So people who post recipes, why can't you enter them into the 'recipe' app here on MFP and post the breakdown for calories, protein, carbs, etc.? Certainly would be thoughtful, helpful and considerate.

stop being such a lazy ****.

    1 cup oats = 150 calories
2 tablespoons PB = 190 calories (typically) and there are 4 tbsp in 1/4 cup so double it
1 scoop protein powder = probably somwhere around 150 cals but they're all different.

Now add that up and divide by the number of bars you make.

    Done.

The oats I have (which are the same kind in your pic) are 150 cals for 1/2 cup. So 1 cup would be 300 calories. Unless you mean cooked oats, not dry.

i'm always looking for ways to boost my protein intake, so was psyched for these (also, i love PB), but i just worked them out and they're only 4-5g of protien by the time i split them up into realistic sized portions (based on calories per serve). now im sad. but ill still make them.

i made this morning using vanilla whey and 1 other change. to help with stickiness i added
2 Tbsp of sugar free van. pudding powder. then rolled into walnut size balls and froze. i am leaving them in
the freezer and bringing 1 or 2 out when i want them. i have Tropical traditions flaked coconut on hand. i may thaw out a
couple and roll in the coconut. Very yummy.

    thanks
