I'd like some new, different breakfast ideas.
I had oatmeal with chopped strawberries and blueberry-flavored Craisins mixed in, topped with a dollop of creamy peanut butter.

I had an Iced coffee that contained a scoop of protein powder, spinach, carrots, some creamer, Chia, and Ice all blended in my Vitamix. It is about 300 calories that I drink around 6am and keeps me full until about 10am when I snack on either almonds or mixed nuts.0

my go-to breakfast is 1/2 an apple chopped up, 1/4 cup FF fage, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon.
I eat that and then have an americano with 1 tbsp half and half.

I graze on these things at different points in the morning so i feel full until lunch.0 -
I had a new breakfast today....and it was kinda like dessert - - tasted a little like cookie dough:
6oz fage nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 T chunky peanut butter
1T (could have used less) honey
1/4 t vanilla extract
6 chocolate chips sprinkled on top0 -
Today is boring. I'm drinking a protein shake of 1 scoop protein poweder + 10 oz of water. I have a Dannon Light and Fit Pineapple Greek yogurt for around 10 and an apple with a splash of cinnamon on it.
