I wanna lose my butt

What are exercises or activities I can do to target the muscles in my butt and upper/inner thighs? I have a lot of "junk in the trunk", and I wanna lose some.

    You can't really spot reduce but squats are good for firming up or losing inches around the thighs and booty.

    Spinning has really helped reel my bum and thighs in!! Still juicy, yet more refined!

    Just regular weight loss is almost making me lose mine, so that's why i try to focus on the exercises above. if you don't workout, it will probably go away by itself, but i'm not sure you'll be happy with it.

    ^^ This, though my butt didn't necessarily get smaller (thankfully) It shaped into something I'm pretty pleased with doing the above mentioned

    Give me some of your butt! Haha well squats and other butt focused exercise can help. But do running and elliptical since you can't spot reduce.

    I've feel like I've lost most of my butt naturally in my first 35lbs of weight loss (my boyfriend would probably disagree :p) and I still have 22 - 27lbs to go, next belly!

    I use Brazil Butt Lift and love it. It's firms, shapes, muscles up any thing you have. There is a lift and shape program, or a program to help make things smaller. It's not a huge time committment so can easily be added to whatever you are already doing for fitness in an easy 30 minutes per day.

    I'm confused. I don't want to lose my butt (which unfortunately is shrinking) and have been doing squats, dead-lifts, spinning. How can this work for someone who wants to lose the butt and someone who wants to retain/enlarge?
