    I've been doing all of my squats and crunches daily and some form of activity (zumba or walking/running or both). Very proud of myself

    NSV Didn't engage with the people who were talking negatively about others at golf league just walked away.
    Water 9 glasses
    Extra Exercise Walked 9 holes of golf for a total of 150 minutes! Man were my feet and legs tired.

    NSV Didn't blow up at the guy who came to fix my internet when he left not once but twice without my internet being fixed and really no closer than he was when he got there the first time to figuring out what the heck was wrong with it.

    Extra Exercise Cleaned out my closet of my "fat" clothes that literally fall off even when fastened and cooked supper and did dishes...I was very productive even if the internet guy wasn't

    I have already started my squats for the day - more rail cars Yeah me!

    NSV WOW.....this Internet not working at home is starting to get to me. Still nothing last night called and left a nice message but think I am asking for a month of free internet. In the past 2 months has been out more than it has been on.

    Extra Exercise Walked/Jogged at the park - it was great to be outside but my hip is sore today dang it.

    I have been horrible on drinking water! I also had to make up for a couple days of squats so I did 485 squats last night and 330 crunches! And I'm not even sore :bigsmile:

    Extra Exercise Jillian for 50 minutes - it was a good workout
    Weight 210 and I am in agreement must be the muscle we are gaining. I think measurements are going to be the deciding factor.:glasses:

    NSV Got shirt order sorted and delivered for here at work. Expense reports caught up (was really behind) Since golf got rained out went with the ladies to Tippy's in Winamac (note to self that **** is way too good to ever go back. Planned to eat half of my sandwich so I would have it for lunch today and couldn't stop)

    Extra Exercise Walked for golf but only got in 5 holes before the storm hit so only 1 hour and 15 minutes darn it.

    Crunches 135 because I couldn't remember for sure if it should be 130 or 135 and wanted to be covered. Oh yeah and this many crunches in a row is starting to get hard! Just sayin'

    NSV Made No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies for a bake sale and didn't even eat one. Bagged up 15 bags of 6 cookies each for my donation.

    Extra Exercise 60 minutes on the recumbant bike after I did pool duty.

    Seriously.....where is everyone at - missing all the posts mine are kind of boring.
