I've been running without a shirt the last week or so since it's getting a lot hotter outside. My wife, however, is mortified that I'm out sweating it up bear-chested.

I used to shave in my 20's when I was rollerblading heavily... based on comments from my wife if I were to start that again we would have a "discussion". I'm choosing the path of least resistance on this one.

And no, I'm not super-hairy. People don't mistake me for sasquatch running in Saucony's.

as long as you're not sasquatch then consider yourself lucky to be able to run without a shirt. i'm not brave enough to run in just a sports bra but at my race last saturday i was SO tempted to do it because it was SO FLIPP'N HOT! the top of my tank got so stretched out from sweat (and dumping water on my head) it barely stayed on my shoulders.

Men never wear shirts to run where I live. Except this one guy who wears a button-down linen shirt over his banana hammock. I'd rather he go shirtless and wear shorts, personally.

I run in a bikini top and shorts.

There's a guy I've seen at one of the parks here a couple times who run -- RUNS! -- in a button-down shirt, jeans and a belt.

I'm not a man, but I think this is offensive. Also body shaming. MY husband has a lot of beautiful red-gold ( graying now) chest hair and yes, his nickname is Bear. I see no reason on earth that he should, or would, shave it. He's just fine the way he is. YOU could stand to shave your attitude.

For men; yes, run shirtless. For women; no. Unfair, but that's the way it is.

Why is it unfair? Go run topless and ruin your breasts. Personally, I'm happy with what I've got and love having them. If that means wearing a sports bra to run, oh geez.. Life is just awful.
