ALL KINDS OF WAFFLES0

Butter on my veggies. Ferris cherries, berries, and nuts mix (I can't seem to eat just a little of this wonderful stuff).
Not taking the crispy skin off roast chicken. An occasional beer, if the temperature is above 90 degrees.
Sometimes leaving the croutons on my restaurant steak salad. A small piece of someone else's cookie to go with my hot tea.
I plan on having a piece of pie on my birthday this year.0 -
Sushi without moderation! I COULD IT EAT 24/7! (But I don't, because it's expensive and can get very calorie heavy with all that rice.)
Also, yam and shrimp tempura, pasta, garlic bread, and mac and cheese. Yuuuummmmmmm!0 -
Sourdough bread, toasted, with butter.
Mmmmm.0 -
Samosas & ghee sweets0

Chipotle bowl with, chicken, brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and chips. i have this almost every week as my cheat meal.0

I guess I'm not hardcore enough to have a cheat day, I just don't eat as much as I did and I exercise.0
-
A nice, thin, LARGE slice of NY cheese pizza and an ice cold beer. Not to mention the ranch (you know, to dip your crust in)0

Double dipped chocolate covered peanuts. They turn me into a slobbering fool!0
-
Swedish fish! I will eat the entire 3 lb bag if given the chance! Those things are evil0

No cheat meal/day for me at all. I eat what I want when I want. I burn enough off daily to be able to have a whole block of chocolate to myself or a whole large pizza to myself and still have heaps to spare..... no big deal..
Besides a cheat day or cheat meal is only cheating yourself. What's the point.0 -
mm donuts! so bad, but the fat and sugar content definitely does it!0
-
Chocolate & red wine!0
-
I miss bread!!0
-
I eat whatever I want.
But I eat more of it on my cheat day. Probably have about 3000 calories this friday or next friday since I am having a girls night out. So it'll be eat normal all day (my usual 1500 calories of food), drink a ton of alcohol (rounding down about 1500 calories) and then have a cab ride to Denny's with the girls for cheesy fries (extra cheese and bacon which is like 800 calories for one dish) with coffee (I won't even count the cream and sugar in that).
LMAO that's 3800 calories. Either way, YUM and FUN0 -
When I go nuts it's usually Chinese food0
-
alcohol
my absolute vices are savoury foods so I tend to steer clear of them!0 -
stuffed spinach pizza0

I don't have cheat days, but I do have days where I allow myself to stray a little. That's the key, a "little!"
I love pizza and doughnuts - my absolute favorites! I also have a craving for Popeye's Fried Chicken Strips with their Creamy Jalapeno dipping sauce. I had some last Friday driving out to our campsite. It was a guilty pleasure, but I got back on track. I didn't say "F-it" and go crazy. I've learned that's how I stay successful at this. If I deny myself - I'm going to fail.0 -
I don't call them cheats but treats so once in a while I'll hit Five Guys for a LIttle Burger or there's a great Italian restaurant in town that does a great Italian beef pizza that I love.
This morning was a weigh in day, and it was pretty good so I relaxed and had Chinese. But back on track tomorrow.0 -
Mashed potatoes and Edwards Key Lime Pie!0
