Congrats! I started lifting about 4 weeks ago. Scale hasn't moved in either direction since I started but I'm seeing a difference in my arms already and the belt is getting pulled a little tighter so I'll take it.

I would LOVE a trainer, but financially, right now, it's not a possibility.

    Great work!!!

Did you lose in your inner thighs too? Looks like it from the pictures.

This is so awesome. I needed to see this today. I just wrapped up Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, which was some lifting, but certainly not heavy. I started lifting heavy on Monday using ChaLEAN Extreme and I've been terrified to step on the scale this week. After seeing your success though, I will not let it bother me one little bit. Thanks for sharing!!

Wow! Great progress. Thanks for sharing!

I know my weight loss slows down when I lift, but you've inspired me to keep going! I'd rather lose less weight or gain muscle and look slimmer. I'm going to keep doing ChaLEAN extreme.

    Thanks guys!

Yup, I did lose in my thighs! I think the place where I noticed the most change was in my legs, actually! Interesting because that's usually where I have the most difficulty.

You looked good in the first picture, but you look even better in the "after" shot. Fantastic.

Good job. Lifting heavy is so worth the extra pounds...you are that more sculpted and stronger!

The facial expression in the first picture is what produced the results in the second.
