    Great job, man! Way to go! Once you hit goal weight, your journey though will be far from over. This is a lifelong journey and if you've found a physical activity that you love, continue its pursuit. I lost weight once over a decade ago and made the mistake of thinking that the journey was over. Journey for life!

    thanks! i don't think so that i will ever let myself become fat again....I will continue to eat healthy and exercise regularly for the rest of my life.

    The doctors recommended weight loss surgery immediately but i refused to do so and instead chose to loose weight naturally through dieting and exercise.

    What do your doctors have to say for themselves now? Well done. You've done brilliantly. :flowerforyou:

    they are crying because they could not fool me into spending 8000$ for that surgery!
