You all look amazing! I'm 5'0" and I have lost a little over 35 pounds in 6 months. I'm still kind of a work in progress, but I'm excited to finally be working on my last 10 pounds!
Wow - you look awesome :flowerforyou:! Congrats on the results of all your hard work so far!0 -
I'm 5'0", my highest weight was 213lbs. I lost around 60lbs 5 years ago or so and gained most of it back. I got back up to 190lbs and that was my starting weight this time. I currently weigh 126lbs. Here's some pics:
Same dress
Goal weight is 115lbs.
Congrats on the success so far - I love that your daughter's expression was so similar this Easter and last . She's a cutie! And you look great :flowerforyou:0 -
Congrats on everyone's success so far I'm 4'11 and I started doing slim in 6 this week. I'm starting out at 207 lbs which is the heaviest I've ever been while I wasn't pregnant. I had my second baby 2 months ago and I'm ready to fit back in to my pregnancy jeans. These pictures are great motivation!0

5' even here. I'm working on it, down from 194 to 178 in 62 days (but who's counting, lol.) I have a very muscular build and I feel fittest when I lift weights, so this time I think I'm going to have Bod Pod testing when I get down to around 150 pounds to get an accurate idea of my body fat % and how much more weight I need to lose. Then I'm going to set an ultimate goal weight (I suspect it will be somewhere around 130, but that's what the Bod Pod testing is for) and pretend I can't see all those 100-119 lb goal weights, because they always psych me out and lead to disordered eating. (And eventually weight gain.)0

You look fabulous!0

I'm in the same situation. I'm 4' 11" and 57 years old. Always battled with my weight and even got to goal once. I started last August at 183 (all time high) and have about 50 more to lose to get down to my ideal weight of 112, but the metabolism (and my knees and back) aren't what they used to be. I ride the recumbent bike at home for at least an hour every night (went from resistance level 2 to level 5 so far). And I try to say within my calorie range. It's working but SLOWLY.
I'd love to have some friends on here for encouragement for the days that are not so easy for me, as well as to be able to give encouragement on the days that I feel I can conquer this thing.
All the best.0 -

I am 5'2 and am at 128, down 23 pounds from 151...when you are shorter, it seems like you have to work harder to get the weight off, but it feels great when you finally do! Feel free to add me and you can see my progress pics and my diary!0
