I don't consume concentrated juice because I don't like added sugars and I don't like to drink my calories - it's a waste to me. I'll eat the fruit instead.

I don't eat whole wheat bread because I am gluten sensitive and I don't like being sick after I eat it.

I DO eat a lot of corn tortillas because they substitute for wheat bread when I make a sandwich.

The other two can come or go as they please - they don't bother me.

I can't see how any one of these foods (except maybe the juice) is a bad thing unless you have medical issues or you're overeating them.

True, margarine is full of trans fats, soy gives you cancer, and corn is horrible.

These are things I would never knowingly eat.

Fruit juices are loaded in sugar depending on the ones you buy so I've slowed down on buying those I prefer the actual fruit. I use I can't believe it's not butter in moderation, I eat poppy seed bran bread or multi-grain and my corn is corn on the cob sometimes canned but I prefer the natural stuff and I don't eat soy. So I'm kind of in the middle on this.

I dont think there can really be a title on NEVER eating food... everything in moderation... I rarely drink concentrated fruit juice, used margerine, or eat corn (can honestly not remember the last time). BUT thats my choice. I dont recommend eating it everyday, but once in awhile, why not!?

    Beets
    Raw Herring
    Jello Molds
    Velveeta
    Head cheese

Now, THOSE are five foods you should NEVER eat.

Not because they make you gain weight---because they are just NASTY!

I don't agree that you should "never" eat a food in moderation as long as you are not allergic or have other metabolic issues with certani things.

That said, margarine tastes gross, soy is just as nasty...but I love corn.

What? Why in the world would whole wheat bread be on that list? (unless you have a problem with gluten). It is so healthy!

It's not the juice, it's the extra liquid you add to it.

false, eat whatever you want just do it in moderation, it's true some of those might have chemicals in them and be worse than some other similar products, but there's no rule of what to avoid.

I actually was bored enough one day to watch the dreaded infomercial and his arguments against soy and corn are the high degree of gmo s that make up the bulk of the crops and the high degree of processing in those foods, wheat bread has too many chemicals in it unless homemade and the wheat used in commercial bakeries is highly refined, margarines problem is the oils used and the chemicals and refinements that goes into it. Fruit juices have a lot of the nutrition taken out of them in the concentrating and the reconstituting processes. The take home message, besides buy my product, is to avoid highly processed foods. My rule of thumb is if I cant pronounce two or more ingredients, I pass.
