I'm 5'4.5" and just weighed in this morning at 192lbs(<-naked according to bathroom scale, my wii surprised me with 191.6lbs with clothes on and -1lb adjustment).
I started trying to lose weight at 260lbs, but didn't start actively using MFP until I was 218lbs. On top of that I didn't start taking progress pictures till I was 210.6lbs, but here is what I have:

Im 5'3.5" and at my heaviest I weighed 188lbs in March 2011. I bounced around from 180-170 the past 2 years and have just lost weight AGAIN this last couple months. Right now I'm around 168lbs! My goal weight is somewhere around 130. My sister's wedding is in a year so I have some great motivation.

I am 5' 3" and when I started I weighed 207 lbs and as of today I weigh in at 189 lbs, so a total loss of 18 pounds since October of 2012. I get frustrated :grumble: because I tend to lose 2 lbs and then I gain 1 or 2 lbs, when I gain I lose my motivation. but I still do my exercises 2-3 times a week with weight training and I eat 1200 to 1204 calories a day. How long did it take you to lose it and what work-out did you do, any advise that would help me would be appreciated. Good job you look great.0
