    Sadly I've had to stop taking high dose omega 3 as they give me really bad acne.
    It took me ages to work out what was causing it as they're generally considered good for the skin.
    Obviously this is an unusual side-effect but I thought I'd mention it in case someone else was plagued with it and just couldn't understand why :ohwell:

    Really? That's strange. Fish oil tends to make my skin clear up for some reason. I take 2 per day.
