    I am 51 years old, and for the first time in my life I am on a journey, not a diet. For the last time, I started a new journey 11 months ago today. I am now down from 238 to 158, with 8 more lbs. to go. I look at this pic and I am speechless. I will NEVER EVER see this old Cindy again!

    wow, you do look great. What did you do to lose the weight? your skin looks awesome too! Congrats:-) I've been working hard on losing 80 lbs and in 2 months, I only lost 8 lbs and 1 1/2 inches off my tummy:-( I am not seeing great results. but looking at your before and after photos encourages me to continue my journey. thanks for posting:-)
